Depositing with USDT, step by step
- In TAG Markets tap Deposit and choose USDT (TRC20).
- Copy the wallet address shown inside your TAG Markets account. Only use an address you see there — never one sent to you by message or email.
- In your exchange or wallet, send USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network.
- Not showing after an hour? Message Alex with your transaction ID.

My deposit failed
- Card declined: your bank may block international trading payments. Try crypto or bank transfer.
- Praxis page error: take a screenshot and send it to Alex.
- "Complete your KYC to deposit": your identity check isn't finished. See verification help.
- Money left your account but isn't showing: wait 1 hour for crypto or 2 business days for bank, then message Alex with the receipt.
